Water

Atascocita Forest is serviced by Trail of the Lakes MUD, a municipal utility district which provides water, sewer, trash pickup, and security services in the district.

Atascocita Forest residents set up water service through SiEnviro, the water service company with whom Trail of the Lakes MUD contracts.

1. Obtain proof of ownership or residence (mortgage or title papers, lease agreement, etc.)
2. Fax or email document(s) to the Customer Service department (information listed above)
3. Call the Customer Service department to speak with a representative and set up account
   • A deposit ($100 for owners, or $200 for tennants) and setup fee ($30) must be paid at the time your account is set up.

Service Providers

There are numerous electricity providers from which Atascocita Forest residents may choose. Powertochoose.org is a Public Utility Commission of Texas website which provides unbiased information about electricty providers in your area.

Power Lines & Delivery

While residents may select any electricity provider, CenterPoint Energy owns the lines which transmit and deliver electricity to homes and businesses.

To report an electrical outage or downed powerline(s), call CenterPoint Energy at (713) 207-2222. The status of electrical outages may be viewed on CenterPoint's website.
